Sengal saner sini!!!

Assalamualaikum...muahahhaha

Samat pagi sumer..huhu dah kol 4:43 am..aku baru jer selesai menyengal kat site kesayangan aku huhuhu..

Arini & yesterday quite bz gak aku..call hotel saner sini ..tapi sumer nyer kat pd lah..huhu..mintak quotation(cam dah penat jekk aku sebut mendealah nih)... macam2 org aku berbual ngan , walaupon just over the phone, tapi cam rase2 aku leh faham camner org tuh..huhu

kelakar ader..sakitkan jiwas pon ader.. Satu kes..aku call satu hotel nih..seperti bese lah front desk jawab..this girl..so here's how the conversation went....

fdg:Hello...something2 hotel, may i help you?
me: Hello, sales n marketing please
fdg:SALES??? when ahh???(shock, surprise,xcited)
me:no..i mean, i'd like to speak to sales n marketing people(trying my very best to stop laughing)
fdg:oooo...sorry kak...saye blur sket arineh(giggling)

well...perempuan n sales seperti isi dengan kuku...huhu

then another hotel...
fdg: Hello...(note yer x ckp pon hotel aper)
me:Hello...something2 hotel??
fdg:yes
me:I'd like to speak to sales n marketing person
fdg:who's on the line?
me:this is norasmahwati calling from selangor..i'd like to request a quotation from ur sales personel
fdg:for what ahh??(this gets me feeling like ..ooo ni lah org sales dorang nih...)
me:for our upcoming event, on April 5th & 6th
fdg:how many people?
me:50 person
fdg:can u give me ur fax no?
me:i'm sorry but i don't have any fax no.
fdg:ooo..that case i cannot send u our quotation
me:can't u just email em to me?
fdg:i don't have email on my part(exactly what she told me)
me:u mean u don't have email?(confused)
fdg:yes i don't have email. Look, if i transfer ur call to sales n marketing, they r going to ask for ur fax no. so if u don't have fax no, then what's the point of me sending u there?(hit my last nerve) sorry lah we cannot send u quotation.
me:huh???
fdg:if u want oso, i give u sales boss no.
me:yes please.
fdg:ok..here..012-xxx xxxx
me:ok ..thanx..may i know who's on the line please?(complaint purpose)
fdg:(mumbling)
me:sorry??
fdg:saras here
me:ok..thank u
she hung up!!

so i talk to the boss instead..here's the conversation...
boss:hello??
me:hello..tuan syed yer..
boss:yes..who is this??
me:my name is norasmah, i'm calling for a quotation for our upcoming event.. i spoke to ur front desk lady n she gave me ur no.
boss:ooo yes..yes.. so what do u want??
me:a quotation for our gathering
boss:hey2..hang on..i cannot help u if i don't have rooms..so how many people?
me:50 pax
boss:i have to check first lah if we have rooms or not..(didn't even ask me when)
me:well its not tomorrow or this weekend, we're having it on April 5th & 6th
boss:oooo...lambat lagilah..a very long way to go..
me:yes..long way to go but we have to get the budgets ready as soon as possible
boss:macam nilah..why don't u email me ur requirements, then i'll send u the quotation..i'll even send u a menu if u want. and the price..and blah blah blah blah blah blah(he kept going on about the same thing over n over again for about 10 minutes without letting me interrupt him)
me:ok(speechless)

me:ok..i'll send u our requirements n can u make sure that i get the quotation as soon as possible?
boss:Look(don't know what's with them n the word LOOK) ur event is a very very long way to go..but soon as u send me ur requirements, i'll get someone to send u the quotation.
me:ok(irritated n x puas ati)
boss:ok..(hung up too)

so aku dah send dah email tu tapi masih x pat gak reply..sakit ati jekk..dah lah berlagak..daripada front desk lady dia berlagak..sampailah kepada boss dia..tah paper tah..kalo x mo buat keje, jgn keje lah..buat sakit ati org jer
org lain yg aku call sumer very nice..macam lah hotel dia tu hotel 5-6 bintang..huh!!
satu hotel tu leh call aku balik tuk tanyer dah dapat lom quotation...baguskan..

anyway, so far dah dapat lah 3 quotation n still waiting for another 4.. n jap lagi aku will call another hotel lak tuk mintak quotation.

aku pon dah penat nih..
nak gi ...
