Assalamualaikum n salam sejahtera sumer..
This entry nk story pasal AFC-Asian Food Channel kat Astro. Ntah ler..dah lama dah aku tau der channel ni, tp sejak astro tukar chanelnyer nombor, aku dah jarang² melawat channel yg starts with number 7. But this morning, I have the urge to watch something that have lots n lots of food in'em. Nothing's wrong with me..just feeling like watching Jaime Oliver but as i flipped thru channels..i ended up getting so curious on AFC. Well mainly becoz there's a word Asian in it.
And to be honest, it's not what i've expected. I was hoping to see some food reviews in Malaysia but after 2 shows, I get so sick of the whole thing. 1, becoz everything that i watched, everything was on our neighbour country. 2, well the lady on the gile makan show, mengade². BENCIK!
Ooo..1 more thing. The first show that i watched, it was a sort of chinese opinion/reviews on foods in that particular country and it was a review on curry. Everything looks so yummy but sakit hati becoz, apparently, the Malays in that country doesn't eat curry. Or at least that's what i think. Well..maybe they do but all the reviews, focusing on the Indians n Chinese only. Maner gi Melayu kat situ? Weird.
After the 2 shows, they put Chef Wan's zaman-tok-nadok's cooking show. Punyelah dah lama dah bende tu, baru nk tunjuk kat situ. Hampeh betul. I fell asleep in the middle of the preparation of Sticky Rice Pudding with Mango.lol.
Terjaga td..tgk2 my princess dah tukar channel to Disney.
Aper² pun, maybe i need to watch more of the AFC. Afterall, i've only spent 1 stengah jam ><. Hope i won't be dissapointed again next time.
Anyway..tu jer aku nk merapek today.

Oiiit nor, kau belum habis explore lagik AFC...dont watch Chef Wan or the chinese/Japanese cooking or the Singaporean makan show.
